Attachments may be marked for review to facilitate workflow and viewed for an individual patient or for the entire practice by status and type. Patient attachments are available in the patient's medical record too. Transcriptions and Lab results identified with a patient ID may be automatically attached as well. You can also add general attachments that are not associated to a specific patient, such as EOBs. Attachments may be stored and backed up separately.
