MacPractice EHR is an electronic health records solution for use on Mac desktop and laptop. EHR was designed with efficiency as a top priority. We developed it to flow the way physicians work. This is by far the best practice management software out there. We are an international surgical practice, and it took us over a year to find a software that would meet all of our needs. MacPractice is an intuitive and comprehensive solution to all of our medical practice management software needs.
MacPractice has a lot of power, if you invest to set it up or let MP do that for you with the concise direction of what you want, it can do A LOT! I have a few wish lists, but compared to other programs it is great! Wish they had more aspects incorporated, to only learn others outsource aspects of their functionality too and their functionality is limited in the end compared to MP. I love working within Mac, it allows my staff to easily maneuver & learn. The cloud is next I hear! Yeah.
MacPractice is a great program. There Support Team is OUTSTANDING!! Anyone you talk to is so knowledgeable and willing to help. If they don't know the answer they will get it for you. I have used other programs this one is great and the support is outstanding. When you need help they are there for you. 5 Stars and more.
I have used Macpractice for 6 years. It is nothing short of amazing. I have very customized history, physical exam, and patient result forms individualized to each patient. The previous emr's I have used including IDX do not come close to the capability of Macpractice. Plus my in-office server has never gone down; nor have I ever had software or system problems like so often happens on a PC format. Also their backup for questions on how to operate their software is excellent. I love it.
