MacPractice, Inc. Announces MacDental Ed Patient Education Software

Lincoln, NE February 22, 2007- MacPractice, Inc., developer of MacPractice DDS for dentists, MacPractice MD for physicians, MacPractice DC for chiropractors, and MacPractice 20/20 for optometrists, the first full-fledged healthcare practice management software applications designed especially for Mac OS X for PowerPC and Intel, announces MacDental Ed, chairside education software, and Dentition and Anatomy DVD, the first of 15 DVDs designed for the dental reception area.

MacDental Ed is a flexible, customizable, chairside patient education and communication application featuring over 400 presentations with 3D illustrations, 3D animation, clinical examples and more. MacDental Ed sells as a standalone product for $1900, or $1600 if purchased with MacPractice DDS by March 15, 2007.

Dentition and Anatomy DVD is the first of 15 DVDs providing dental information in fully animated movies designed for a dental reception area. The Narrator explains the bite, eruption sequence of the teeth, and tooth anatomy. The DVD may be used with a Mac or a DVD player. The price of $100 includes personalization with a dental practice's information. Dentition and Anatomy DVD is FREE with the purchase of MacDental Ed or MacPractice DDS by March 15, 2007.
