Happy SWEET Sixteen to us!

This weekend on Sunday, May 3, MacPractice will celebrate sixteen fantastic years of working with doctors to create just the right software for real healthcare practices. Since 2004, our Lincoln, Nebraska-based company has created best-of-class medical, dental, and chiropractic software for macOS and iOS. At the heart of MacPractice is our passion for helping clinicians focus on their patients by enhancing their productivity through intuitive software solutions, training, and support.

Over the last sixteen years, over 3000 clinics across the globe have come to rely on our MacPractice software and our company's support to help manage their practices so that they can focus on what they do best–patient care.

It has been a big year for us in a lot of ways. You may have heard that MacPractice was acquired by Valsoft, a Montreal-based company that specializes in the acquisition and development of vertical market software businesses. We are delighted to be a part of this group, and we look forward to the fantastic new growth opportunities that it will bring to the MacPractice team. We continue to be proud of this great company and the software that we have built along with our clients. We couldn't be more tickled to move forward as our management team continues to oversee day-to-day operations from here in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Just as many of you, we have made many transitions very quickly in response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. We are eager to continue to provide you the same best-in-class support and help you keep on top of your operations while working remotely or otherwise following our local health department policies. We wish you all continued health and safety in these challenging times. If you've called our support team or used Live Chat in the past few weeks, it has been great to hear from you!

Beyond these two significant changes in the past two months, the prior year has brought other challenges and opportunities for growth in the development of MacPractice software. We've been working hard to develop some new features that you're going to love! Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to stay abreast of the latest changes coming in the next year.

Cheers to you and happy 16th to MacPractice! Be well.
