Mickey Hollis - Nationwide

Many of Mickey and Mark's MacHealth clients permitted their support contracts to lapse and relied solely upon them for years. Mark was a long time member of the Apple Consultants Network (ACN) and the Association of Macintosh Trainers. He and Mickey completed Apple's Mac OS X Help Desk Essentials course. They served HCC and WebMD as the resident Apple hardware experts for MacHealth customers.

"Our business is client-centric. Without a customer in need, there is no business. Once we understand a client's needs, our business goal becomes the satisfaction of that need. We have created business relationships, achieved professional credentials, and engage in daily research in order to be in a position to satisfy our clients. We always want the client to feel that he/she has gotten much more than they paid for, whether we provide hardware, software, installation, training or consulting.

We are truly servants of our clients, but that is not to say that we are subservient. We have earned our clients' respect and trust. We count this our greatest business asset. We struggled and succeeded in maintaining our personal integrity and and strong relationships with MediMac, DentalMac, and ChiroMac for 15 years.

We are very excited to have an opportunity to create new relationships and serve an even larger number of doctors with creative solutions we have discovered and created in the Northeast and new solutions for needs we have yet to learn about."
