Many of their clients permitted their support contracts to lapse and relied solely upon them for years. Mark is a long time member of the Apple Consultants Network (ACN) and the Association of Macintosh Trainers. He and Mickey have completed Apple’s Mac OS X Help Desk Essentials course. They served HCC and WebMD as the resident Apple hardware experts for MacHealth customers.
