MacPractice Notes is a powerful word processor that is built in to MacPractice. Notes templates are available from several Abilities in MacPractice making it easy communicate efficiently with one patient or a group of patients, referring physicians or multiple insurance carriers.

You can merge patient information into personalized letters, postcards, forms or education material. Users can save commonly used words and paragraphs to quickly build documents. Some providers have found that Notes alone provides what they are looking for in an EMR. Some providers have customized MacPractice Notes to automate their creation of SOAP Notes using categories of text, speech recognition software, and automated text entry.
